Postpartum Herbal Sitz Spray

Our house-made postpartum herbal sitz spray 2 fl oz

A blend of herbs to help soothe sore perineal muscles, reduce swelling, and and provide cooling relief to hemorrhoids after childbirth. This is a  convenient spray version of a sitz bath for hemorrhoids and perineal healing. External use only.

Alternative uses:

1. Make a 'padsicle'—simply spritz a pad and put it in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to make a cooling witch hazel pad.
2. Remove the straw to conveniently spray upside-down.
