Elderberry Syrup Making Kit


Make Elderberry Syrup at home with our pre-mixed herbs!

1. Add contents of bag to a saucepan with 4 cups spring water.
2. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and let simmer with lid on for 20-30 minutes.
3. Cool for 30 minutes to an hour.
4. Strain into a cheesecloth and squeeze out as much juice as possible (wear old clothes and use gloves if you don't want stains from the elderberries) and discard the herbs
5. Use like this or add 1 cup raw honey. Optional:  add  1 cup 70 proof alcohol to preserve longer.
6. Stir ingredients together, bottle, label with name and date.
7. Refrigerate and use within 30 days or 6 months if using alcohol.
