Elderberry & Echinacea Syrup
Studies have shown that frequency is more imporant than amount. To get the most out of elderberry we suggest putting 1-3 teaspoons of syrup into your water bottle to drink throughout the day.
Alternatively, adults may take 1 tsp every 2-3 hours.
Children 1/2 tsp every 2-3 hours.
