About the Event
There are many ways to use herbs: tinctures, infusions, decoctions, capsules, baths, sprays. This class will go over when it is beneficial to use a certain modality over another. Which herbs work best as a tea? When could a tincture be most effective?
In future classes, we will go in depth on each individual modality.
